Co-founder, and Vice President: Olimpia’ brings over 30 years of executive experience in the luxury retail industry, having led client development and relationship management for global brands. As a pioneer in creating personalized client engagement programs, she played a key role in launching strategies now widely adopted across many luxury brands. Olimpia’s passion for mentorship, especially for underserved youth, inspired her to co-found Hammer and Chisel, were she leads strategic planning, community outreach, and donor engagement. Known for her deep compassion and tireless work ethic, Olimpia has built strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and philanthropists. Her ability to connect with people and create meaningful partnerships is central to the organization’s mission. A self-taught English speaker and first-generation immigrant, Olimpia is living proof that determination, kindness, and vision can open doors and transform lives.
CFO, and Treasurer: Kevin brings over 35 years of experience in sales, leadership, and mentoring young people, using the game of basketball as a tool for personal growth. His coaching philosophy, deeply rooted in family values, focuses on teaching life lessons through sports. By helping kids and young adults, ages 5 to 21, understand their roles within a team, Kevin emphasizes that to lead, one must also know how to follow. This principle, central to both sports and business, teaches individuals to excel in their specific roles for the benefit of the team, ultimately positioning themselves for personal and professional advancement. In addition to his work with youth, Kevin has held leadership positions in the retail and wholesale fashion industries, as well as the banking sector. His approach to sales and sales management focuses on creating exceptional client experiences, building trust, and fostering loyalty.
